Suds & Swine in Laurinburg 2025

The NC Whole Hog BBQ Competition comes to Laurinburg as part of Suds & Swine in Laurinburg, a two-day festival on Friday, April 11th and Saturday, April 12th. Suds & Swine will begin on Friday with music, food and beer trucks, and more. The hogs will be handed out to the competition teams at 7:00 p.m. and the scent of NC pork will fill the air.

Saturday kicks-off with the judging of the BBQ at 9:00 am. The cooking competition will also include a “backyard”/local grill-off. Music will fill the air as various musicians take the stage. A Farmers Market and kid’s games will also add to the activities. Once the pork is judged it will be mixed, sauced and sold by the pound or as sandwiches.
