Blue Ridge Brutal Bike Ride

The Blue Ridge Brutal is not for the faint-hearted. All of the routes - 100, 70, 50 or 25 miles, take you through the Blue Ridge mountains and over many hills. As such, all these Rides can be considered challenging to strenuous. However, you can mix the arduous feat with the joy of riding through some of the most beautiful scenery in North Carolina which, we believe, makes these rides some of the most spectacular in this area. All proceeds benefit the Ashe Advantage Project, 501c3, to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors. Celebrate with the cyclists at the free after-party, The Brutal Fest, with live music, food vendors, and children's activities on Main Street in Jefferson in front of the 1904 Courthouse.
