Fire Truck Festival 2025

Join us for the hottest event of the year! You’ll get to meet firefighters from across the state, get a close-up look at the equipment they use, vote for your favorite fire truck, and have a fun family day at the N.C. Transportation Museum. During your visit, enjoy activities and train rides throughout the day. At the end of the festival, watch the parade which begins at 3:30 p.m.

Activities to Include:

Lil’ Firefighter Costume Contest – 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Jaws of Life Demonstration – 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Charlotte Fire Department Safety Education Team
Storytime with Maria Bostian – 10:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.
