Historic Ghost Walk

Step back in time with the Elizabeth City Historic Neighborhood Association (ECHNA) for their annual Ghost Walk event. This year's theme is "Famous & Familiar Faces." This one-of-a-kind Ghost Walk blends historic home tours, immersive theatre and local history into an unforgettable evening experience. Wander through beautifully preserved homes in Elizabeth City’s downtown historic district and meet the “ghosts” of notable past residents and visitors who helped shape our community. This is not a haunted house, it’s an engaging, theatrical journey into our shared past.

Your ticket includes entry to multiple historic homes where live performances bring local history to life, plus admission to a live stage show at the Maguire Theater in Arts of the Albemarle (showtimes at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, and 9:00 PM both nights).
