U.S. Army Airborne & Special Operations Museum (ASOM)
The United States Army Airborne and Special Operations Museum (ASOM) recounts the actions of heroic soldiers from the early days of the Parachute Test Platoon in 1940 to the ongoing Global War on Terrorism.
Transport through time with each exhibit of preserved photographs, uniforms and rare, one-of-a-kind artifacts connected to historically significant soldiers, units, operations, battles, and events beginning with the conception of the American paratrooper through the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. Tour rotational exhibits or experience the Lindsay Lectures, which are signature events dedicated to honoring military history makers and their impact on the U.S. Army with keynote speakers. Check our website for special events, too.
Admission to the ASOM is free, although donations are greatly appreciated.
